Good Life / Senior Programming

Our Good Life Program meets the needs of our mature adults (60 years plus) through diverse programming. Formatted for active older adults, our classes are designed to improve functional and cardiovascular fitness, as well as flexibility and range of motion. In addition to use of the facility, special programming during Good Life hours include several group exercise classes, water exercise classes, and special events such as lectures and socials.

Good Life Membership Hours

Mid-day Senior’s memberships are welcome to use the club Monday - Friday from 10:30 am - 3:30 pm and all day Saturday and Sunday.

In addition to our water exercise classes, Good Life programming during the Mid-day Senior's membership period also provides special group classes in Studio A. For more information on these group classes, please visit our Good Life Seniors programming page on our sister site, The Memorial Athletic Club.
