  • Outdoor pool closes 30 minutes early to apply covers during the winter months.

An intense class designed for those who wish to obtain a cardio workout while using the natural resistance of the water to help increase strength, power, endurance and range of motion. The first 30 minutes is High Intensity Interval Training ( HIIT) designed to challenge the Cardio Respiratory System, and the second half of the class challenges the muscles of the body with exercises specifically focusing on core power and control. Participants are encouraged to be suspended in the water wearing flotation belts to challenge balance and movements in all planes of motion.

In this class, you will enjoy the many benefits that aquatic exercise has to offer. Whether the pool is your only workout, or an addition to cycling, weights, or aerobic classes, this low impact high intensity workout will challenge you while increasing your balance, coordination, and cardio system. Using the water's natural resistance to increase strength, endurance, and range of motion to provide power and decrease injury. The workout includes the use of aquatic equipment for strength training. All fitness levels are welcome.

We welcome all fitness levels that want a hard workout in a low impact environment. Easy on the joints, while building up a good sweat.

This one hour class is designed to emphasize high intensity interval training while focusing on core, toning, body mechanics and stretching.

Get your week started in the right direction, with a complete water workout Monday evening 6:30-7:30 pm. This hour is filled with excitement and fun to help burn away the weekend calories. Workout includes high energy and complete body exercises.
