Aqua Zumba Aqua Zumba®
 
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy -to- follow dance moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away, in the water. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
   Class lead by AEA and  Aqua Zumba certified instructor Donna Barnett.

Our Good Life Program meets the needs of our mature adults (60 years plus) through diverse programming. Formatted for active older adults, our classes are designed to improve functional and cardiovascular fitness, as well as flexibility and range of motion. Good Life members are welcome to use the Memorial Athletic Club and the Aquatic Center Monday - Saturday from 10:30 am - 3:30 pm.
