Aqua Zumba®
Aqua Zumba Class  
Aqua Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy -to- follow dance moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away, in the water.

Oct 2014. NEW Program at the MAC. The MAC now has several cetified instructors.
What is AquaStretch™?
AquaStretch™ is a clinically proven, ground-breaking technique that restores mobility, decreases pain, increases exercise training efficiency, improves sports performance and improves general well being.

Our Good Life Program meets the needs of our mature adults (60 years plus) through diverse programming. Formatted for active older adults, our classes are designed to improve functional and cardiovascular fitness, as well as flexibility and range of motion. Good Life members are welcome to use the Memorial Athletic Club and the Aquatic Center Monday - Saturday from 10:30 am - 3:30 pm.
